Morgan & Mallet School is the First and Leading French School of Excellence dedicated entirely to the training of domestic staff. Our school is for training people who plan to become domestic/caretakers couple, housekeeper/maid, housekeeper/nanny or VIP nanny/governess.

Our training centre is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux in the Southwest of France. Our school is a luxury villa of more than 300 m2 of living space on a large landscaped plot. The villa has a heated salt water swimming pool,  jacuzzi, pétanque court, sports room plus the latest modern and high quality equipment.

In a real-life situation the future household staff complete their training in a high standard location that is in line with their future workplace.

Morgan & Mallet School was born out of a clear and present need for trained and experienced domestic staff nd the increasing demand from HNW and UHNW families for qualified domestic staff.

Our teams of recruiters in the Morgan & Mallet International agencies have also made this observation. It is therefore quite natural that the creation of this excellent training course opened its doors this year.

Our objective is simple : to meet the needs of our clientele and to offer retraining to students who wish to achieve their full potential and build a career in high-end luxury household staffing industry.

We also offer HNW and UHMNW families who own villas, castles, mansions, chalets or luxury flats the opportunity to have our trainers conduct an audit of their household staff and train them in their own property in order to improve the standards expected in their luxury homes - Morgan & Mallet's tailor-made household staff training.

Anne Brisson

Training Assistant officer 

Anne Brisson is the new training officer at Morgan Mallet School. A legal background and nearly 15 years experience in private homes, she has worked for Morgan Mallet International as a recruitment officer.

Anne Brisson is in charge of your student's progress from the beginning to the end of your training: she follows all students from the training agreement to the course of your training to your post-training job search in order to ensure the full satisfaction of each of our students.
Anne Brisson will act as a link between the Morgan Mallet School's team of trainers and Morgan & Mallet International recruiters in order to provide you with the best possible support after your training.

Pierre - Emmanuel Morsellino

Household Staff Trainer

Pierre Emmanuel Morsellino has over 20 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. He has extensive experience in hotel management. He has also been a trainer for the new franchisees of the brand "Ever Hotel/L'Auberge restaurant".

After this successful career, Pierre-Emmanuel continued his professional career as domestic couple with his wife for HNW families in Bordeaux and on the French Riviera for many years. 

Today, as a trainer for the Morgan Mallet School, he puts his know-how and experience at the disposal of future students.

Catherine Morsellino

Household Staff Trainer

Catherine Morsellino has 11 years of teaching experience. She then pursued her career in the hotel and restaurant industry where she was able to manage hotels.

After this successful career, Catherine continued her professional career as domestic couple with her husband and as a luxury nanny for HNW families in Bordeaux and on the French Riviera.

Today, as a trainer for the Morgan Mallet School, she puts her know-how and experience as a housekeeper/nanny at the disposal of candidates wishing to work in high-end properties.
