Laurine Mallet has a degree in business and management and has held several positions of responsibility with HNW and UHNW families between London and Paris. Laurine Mallet is passionate about entrepreneurship and strongly believes in the power of training to transform the way we see the service industry. She is also a strong advocate of the responsibility of employers to provide adequate and quality working conditions for their domestic staff. Laurine Mallet is also an active advisor to some of the world's wealthiest individuals and celebrities on HR management within their various residences. |

Meet Morgan Richez, the co-founder of the Morgan & Mallet Group. Morgan is a French active entrepreneur who has been instrumental in diversifying the group since its inception.
From housekeeping, to recruiting for the world's largest yachts, to developing online employment platforms, to property stewardship, Morgan Richez and his partner Laurine Mallet-Graff have developed a number of services and activities for the group. Morgan Richez has a long experience of entrepreneurship since he created his first company at the age of 22 in the luxury car industry. He has a degree in commerce and real estate transactions and has held several important positions with large UHNW families and European royalty. Morgan Richez is passionate about entrepreneurship and wishes to offer a professional career to candidates who wish to reorient themselves in the luxury industry thanks to the Morgan & Mallet School. He is now the Director of the Morgan & Mallet Group and is opening a new Yachting and Household Staff agency in Dubai, United Arab Emirates this year. |
